By using this website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site. These terms apply to the homepage, the tool, the blog, the contact page, and any other page on the website.
These terms explain the basic rules for using Gemini Watermark Tool, including safe use, prohibited use, account enforcement, payment limits, and important trademark and ownership clarifications.
By using this website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site. These terms apply to the homepage, the tool, the blog, the contact page, and any other page on the website.
This product is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is intended to help users understand browser-based image cleanup and similar workflows. It is not presented as an official Google or Gemini product, service, or partner website.
You are responsible for how you use the website and any image or video you choose to edit. Do not use the tool in a way that breaks laws, violates contracts, misleads others, or removes marks from content when you do not have permission to do so. If your use case involves ownership, licensing, copyright, trademarks, platform rules, AI transparency requirements, or advertising rules, you should verify those separately before acting.
You may only upload and edit media that you own, created yourself, or have permission to edit. The service is intended for adding logos, text watermarks, brand labels, privacy blur, and authorised watermark editing to user-owned or authorised media.
You must not use this service to remove, hide, alter, or bypass third-party copyright marks, creator credits, platform marks, ownership information, or rights management information. You must not use this service for copyright infringement, impersonation, deceptive content, or unauthorised editing of third-party media.
The early access batch processing unlock is a paid 1-year convenience feature for processing multiple Gemini image files and supported Gemini Omni video files through the browser workflow. The payment unlock does not transfer ownership of the website, source code, models, brand, or any third-party content. It gives the purchasing user access to the batch workflow while the product remains available and while the subscription license is active.
Payments may be handled by Polar, Razorpay, or another payment provider shown at checkout. Your purchase is connected to the Google account email used while signed in. To use paid access on another browser or device, sign in with the same Google account and check your subscription from the profile page.
Google sign in may be offered to identify your account, check paid access, and apply logged-in free-use limits. Email and password sign up is not currently available and may be shown as coming soon. Signing in does not remove your responsibility to keep your own Google account secure.
Refunds, duplicate payments, chargebacks, payment errors, and billing questions are handled under the refund and payment policy. You should read that policy before purchasing. A payment dispute, refund, reversal, or chargeback may lead to the related batch unlock being disabled or revoked.
The website aims to provide useful cleanup tools, but it does not guarantee perfect output for every image or video. Results can vary depending on the file, the watermark, the mark location, dimensions, browser support, and source quality. Users should review all exported files before relying on them for any serious or public use.
The tools are designed for visible mark cleanup only. They do not promise to remove invisible watermarking, metadata, provenance signals, digital signatures, rights information, platform records, hidden tracking systems, or any server-side records maintained by third-party services.
The product is designed so image and video processing happens in the browser during normal tool use. Payment verification, subscription checks, daily free-use limits, and support workflows may still use website systems. Client-side processing can depend on your browser, device performance, available memory, and supported codecs.
You keep whatever rights you already have in files you select and outputs you export. The website does not give you rights to third-party content, does not clear copyright or trademark issues, and does not make an unauthorized file lawful to use. You should keep original files and review outputs before using them.
We may update, change, limit, or remove parts of the website at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or support for every browser or device. Website content, legal pages, and product descriptions may also change as the project evolves.

The website is provided as is and as available. We do not make warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted use. This applies to the product, the site content, the blog, and any downloadable results created by the tool.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses, damages, claims, or costs that result from your use of the website, your inability to use the website, or your use of any output file created through the website. This includes direct and indirect issues linked to workflow decisions, file handling, user actions, or third-party platform consequences. If your use case carries risk, review outputs carefully and seek professional advice where needed.
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, disputes, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses that arise from your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your use or distribution of edited files.
