Refund and Payment Policy

Payment rules for the early access batch unlock.

This page explains payments, refund requests, duplicate payments, chargebacks, and support expectations for the paid batch processing unlock.

What you are buying

The early access 1-year batch unlock is a paid convenience feature for batch processing Gemini image files and supported Gemini Omni or Veo video files through the browser workflow. The unlock is connected to the Google account email used at checkout and can be checked from the profile page while the subscription is active. It does not give ownership rights in the website, code, brand, Google, Gemini, Veo, Omni, or any third-party content.

Price and currency

The launch price is $9 USD (40% off from $15 USD) or ₹700 INR (40% off from ₹1160 INR) unless a different price is shown at checkout. The final payment amount, currency, taxes, and provider fees may depend on the payment provider, country, bank, card, wallet, or currency conversion rules.

Payment providers

Payments may be processed by Polar, Razorpay, or another checkout provider shown at purchase time. These providers handle sensitive payment credentials. We store payment order status and entitlement records needed to activate or restore the batch unlock.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the batch unlock does not activate, if you paid by mistake, or if the supported batch workflow does not work for your compatible files. Contact support with your Google account email, payment provider, payment date, and order or transaction ID.

When refunds may be declined

A refund may be declined if the request is made after the refund window, if the payment cannot be matched to a valid transaction, if the account shows abusive behavior, if there is evidence of repeated misuse, if the unlock was substantially used, if there is a policy or legal violation, or if the request is for an unsupported file type or unsupported video dimension that was already disclosed on the website.

Duplicate payments

If you accidentally pay more than once for the same Google account and product, contact support. After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded or handled through the payment provider where practical.

Chargebacks and reversals

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related batch unlock may be disabled or revoked. If you believe this happened by mistake, contact support with the transaction details.

No guarantee of perfect output

Payment unlocks batch convenience. It does not guarantee perfect watermark cleanup for every image or video. Results depend on source quality, mark placement, browser support, device performance, file dimensions, and other technical limits.

No rights clearance included

Payment does not grant permission to edit, remove marks from, publish, sell, or distribute third-party content. You are responsible for confirming that you own the file or have permission to edit it before using free or paid features.

Access revocation for misuse

Batch access may be suspended, disabled, or revoked if a payment is disputed, reversed, fraudulent, abusive, or connected to misuse of the website, violations of the terms, security issues, or unlawful activity.

Local processing and support limits

The normal cleanup workflow is designed to process files locally in your browser. Because files are not normally uploaded to us, support may not be able to inspect your exact file unless you voluntarily share details or samples by email.

How to request help

Email support with your Google account email, payment provider, transaction or order ID, browser, device, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send sensitive files unless you understand and accept the risk of sharing them by email.

Refund Support

For refund or payment issues, contact support with your Google account email and transaction details.
